Picture Submission

Rules Regarding Submission of Pictures

(For all pictures, photos, drawings, artwork, etc)

All pictures (photos, drawings, artwork, etc) submitted must:

1. Be owned by the submitter, and the submitter must have full rights to publish/share the pictures.

2. Be shared via email following the procedures below.

3. Be in good taste. Pictures must not depict anything that could be construed as negative or inappropriate.

4. Be of cats that were alive and healthy when the photo was taken (if photo). May not depict anything that could be considered abusive or harmful. Pictures must be of cats only, and may not include people nor any identifiable items.

5. Be of cats that are owned by the person submitting the picture.

6. Not have any copyrights attached as pictures might be downloaded, printed, or otherwise replicated.

7. Be submitted understanding that Cute-Kitties.net has the sole right to accept or not accept any picture submitted at it's sole discretion. Cute-Kitties.net has the right to use and/or publish the pictures on the Cute-Kitties.net website, and that Cute-Kitties.net may use any picture submitted in any way on the Cute-Kitties.net website that the Cute-Kitties.net Team may desire or deem appropriate.

8. Be submitted understanding that Cute-Kitties.net may remove any picture at any time for any reason.

The Cute-Kitties.net Website Terms of Use and the Cute-Kitties.net Website Privacy Policy will be in effect and govern all submission of pictures (photos, drawings, artwork, etc).

Procedures for Submission of Gopher Pictures
(For all pictures, photos, drawings, artwork, etc)

Share your picture by including it in an email (not as an attachment) to picturesubmission@cute-kitties.net

If you have followed the above rules, you should receive a reply to your email so as to verify your email address. Please understand that we will not sell your email address. Again, we will not sell your email address, and we will not put you on any email list that sends you periodic emails. We will only use your email address to correspond with you regarding your submission. This may take a day or so since we process and review pictures manually. You will be asked to reply to that email. Then, watch for your picture to be posted.

It should be noted that pictures posted will be placed randomly on the first page of Cute-Kitties.net.
